The location of this hotel is really convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station making it an ideal base for exploration. The breakfast offered a good selection of Western and Japanese options and it was fresh and tasty. The service in the dining area was also top-notch, with a server handing us a tray and a plate as soon as we entered.
The decor of the hotel felt a bit outdated and could do with an update. the dining area wasn't a smoke-free environment during dinner so we had to head out after smelling cigarette smoke.

The breakfast at this hotel was great! We had the option of Japanese and Western food, which was always fresh. the staff were friendly and always offered us a tray with plates as we entered. the hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to get around. Plus, the room was comfortable and we had a really nice view from our window.
We had a bit of a bad experience at dinner in the dining area. There was someone smoking, which ruined the atmosphere and made us leave early.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being just across the street from the train station. Very close proximity to the train station. Affordable breakfast with traditional Japanese options. Convenient location for travelers to Kashiwazaki. English-speaking staff at the front desk. Smiling and friendly personnel.
